From mid-2021 through the end of 2022, I designed and coordinated a gut renovation on a 1,025-square-foot unit built in 1974, bringing the property up to code and reimagining the space to maximize its rental value. Despite supply-chain delays and inflation, I completed the project with high-end finishes at just 40% of the average cost of low-end construction in the area.
