I designed and coordinated a gut renovation on a 1,025 sqft unit built in 1974 to bring the property up to code and to maximize its rental value in the current real estate market. I navigated supply-chain delays and inflation to accomplish the project for >55% UNDER the low-average cost of construction in the area.
